2.Deposit the payment
Deposit the payment for your interpreter to Interpretty’s account before the actual interpretation (minimum of 72 hours before the job starts). Price must include tax (VAT) if applicable. The payment may be made by payment card (debit or credit), or a PayPal account.
3.Interpretation done, all is well
When the job is done, and you are satisfied with provided interpretation, the interpreter will invoice you and the deposited amount will be released from Interpretty’s account to the interpreter. Interpretty is not responsible for issuing the invoice.
4.We help you to solve any issues
If you are not satisfied with provided interpretation, you can open an issue within 24 hours after the conclusion of the job. The deposited payment will be then withheld by Interpretty until the issue is resolved. Complete or partial refunds are possible, negotiated by the client and the interpreter, with Interpretty’s assistance, if requested.
5.Interpretty pays the interpreter
When the job is done, and you are not satisfied with provided interpretation, you can open an issue within 24 hours from the interpretation. The deposited amount will be then withheld by Interpretty until such issue is resolved. Complete or partial refunds are possible, negotiated by the client and the interpreter with Interpretty’s supervision, if required.
Note: Both the client and the interpreter will be able to track each payment and its status (deposited to Interpretty, released to the interpreter, withheld by Interpretty during the issue).
Interpretty uses FairPay
Interpretty FairPay means security and easy cooperation for both client and interpreter.
For the interpreter, it means a payment guarantee, as money is deposited before the interpreting job starts.
For the client, it means a quality guarantee – it is fair to pay for a job done well, and it is fair not to pay when the client is not satisfied with the service provided.
Much like a real estate escrow account, this is how Interpretty FairPay ensures not only fair payment, but also high quality interpreting services.
Once the interpreter has paid for Interpretty’s Premium account, he or she’ll be able to use Interpretty’s tools to create unlimited private jobs with you as his/her own client (outside of the market place). Such private jobs are negotiated, invoiced and paid directly between the client and the interpreter. Interpretty’s FairPay procedure is not available, and of course, no Interpretty fee is involved.
